HCSC Insurance Services Company ("HISC") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company ("HCSC"). HISC and HCSC are independent licensees of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, which is an association of independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans.

HISC offers Medicare Part D Blue MedicareRx (PDP)^SM prescription drug benefits in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

In addition, HISC has a contract with the State of New Mexico for Medicaid services through our Blue Salud product. HISC also provides stop-loss and executive medical insurance coverages to certain national employers whose self-funded health benefits are administered by the operating divisions of HCSC.
