When you receive your acknowledgment letter from us, take it to a Medicare Blue Rx pharmacy* to begin using your Medicare Blue Rx plan. The acknowledgment letter contains important identification numbers that the pharmacist will need in order to fill your prescription.
If you have not received an acknowledgement letter from us and it has been over seven business days since you enrolled online or over the phone, contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-844-3781, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. CST. For the hearing or speech impaired, please call 1-888-844-3792.
